We want your PyloBAND™ kit to reach you quickly and safely. This policy explains how and when we ship your order.
Free shipping is included on every PyloBAND™ order. 🚚
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships.
Delivery Times
- Standard shipping: typically 3–7 business days after processing.
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and carrier conditions.
- Remote areas may require additional transit time.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your delivery every step of the way. You can also use our Track My Order page.
Shipping Rates
Standard shipping is free on all orders. Any expedited options, if available, will be shown at checkout with their cost.
International Shipping
If we ship to your country, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping.
Delays
Occasionally, carrier delays, weather, or high-demand periods can affect delivery times. We appreciate your patience, and our team is always here to help if something seems off.
Wrong Or Incomplete Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If your order is returned to us due to an address error, we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery.
Damaged Or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, contact us at YOUR-EMAIL and we'll make it right.
