30-Day Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for a refund. To be eligible, your item should be in reusable condition with all original parts included.
How To Start A Return
- Email us at YOUR-EMAIL with your order number.
- Tell us you'd like to return your kit (a quick reason helps us improve).
- We'll reply with simple return instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and checked, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within a few business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
12-Month Band Replacement
If a resistance band develops a fault under normal use — snapping, splitting, or losing its stretch — within 12 months of delivery, we'll replace the affected band(s) free of charge. Just email us a photo of the issue with your order number. See our Money Back Guarantee page for full details.
Damaged Or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us right away at YOUR-EMAIL with a photo, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
Exchanges
Need a different item? The fastest way is to return your original order for a refund and place a new order.
Return Shipping

Non-Returnable Situations
- Requests made more than 30 days after delivery (outside the return window).
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or deliberate damage.
